Steve's practice spans estate planning, business law, real estate, and tax law, with deep expertise in complex 1031 exchange structures including reverse, improvement, and multi-property exchanges. He is a member of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Steve is also admitted to U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
