Cassidy Carstens focuses her practice on probate estate administration, estate planning, and personal injury litigation. Her main concentration is probate administration for estates of all sizes and complexity. Cassidy always takes extra measures to regularly update her clients, answer their questions, manage expectations, and provide clarity on the process involved in probating an estate.

Cassidy has been a part of the Wolterman Law Office team since 2015, starting as a secretary and then becoming a legal assistant before entering law school in 2019. Her path to law is a story of dedication: she originally arranged to interview attorney Steve Wolterman for a first-hand account of the profession, and left the meeting with a job offer instead. The entire team supported her through law school and continues to do so today.

Cassidy received her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2023. Her undergraduate background in health sciences from the University of Cincinnati has been invaluable when handling personal injury cases, which require detailed review and interpretation of medical records. Cassidy truly enjoys getting to know each client and their family, ensuring that every estate is administered in accordance with the decedent's wishes and Ohio law.
